We're pleased to announce the reply-to field for Paubox Forms submissions can be customized.
Why was it built?
A customer recently emailed me a feature request:
"I like Paubox Forms, as I hadn't thought about the fact that, previously, my forms weren't HIPAA compliant. The one piece of feedback that I have is that it would be great if, when replying to a form, the person's email address would populate instead of no-reply@paubox.com. It now requires an extra step of deleting no-reply@paubox.com and putting in the person's email. Other than that, I really enjoy the peace of mind that comes from using Paubox."
Since customer feedback is one of the Paubox Foundations, we took it to heart and got to work building it.
How does it work?
In the Paubox Forms builder:
- Choose Input Field as a new element
- Set the Field Type to Email
- Toggle Use as reply-to address to On
- Click Publish when we're ready to take your form live
When a user fills out the Email field on your form, their email address is set as the Reply-To address on the form submission email.
How much does it cost?
Paubox Forms is free for any paid customer account.
It’s also free to sign up.
