Our Team

Hoala Greevy
Founder CEO

Hoala has 22 years experience in the email industry, dating back to his first job out of college at Critical Path in San Francisco in 1999. Prior to founding Paubox, Hoala started Hawaii's first SaaS company (Pau Spam) in 2002. Hoala holds two patents related to email security and graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. in Geography and Social Sciences.

An avid kayak fisherman, Hoala has caught three blue marlin from his Ocean Kayak Scupper Pro. He also holds the IGFA world record for the finescale triggerfish.

Rick Kuwahara
COO & Chief Compliance Officer

Rick has over 13 years of strategic management experience in the technology, nonprofit and insurance industries. He ensures Paubox is operating efficiently and securely while meeting regulatory requirements.

Rick graduated from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa with a B.A. in English and an MBA.

Emir Ibrahimbegovic
Director of Engineering

Emir is a hands-on executive and software engineering leader who loves all aspects of software creation. He has extensive experience in building high-performing software engineering teams and has hired more than 50 people in the last 6 years. He has worked in the geospatial, financial, adtech, and healthcare industries throughout his career.

Emir enjoys reading books in his free time and is an avid soccer fan, always cheering for his favorite team (Liverpool F.C.).

Evan Fitzgerald
Director of Finance

Evan graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a bachelor's degree in economics. After college he moved to the Bay Area and began working as an EPM consultant implementing budgeting and planning systems. He worked on several end-to-end implementations involving reporting and analytics, driver-based budgeting, people planning and subscription based models.

In his free time, Evan enjoys playing basketball, golfing and traveling.

Pete Kirsheman
Vice President of Customer Success

Pete has been running customer success and support for growing tech companies since 2005 and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. After graduating from the University of Michigan, he worked for startups in Boston and New York before moving to San Francisco.

Pete spends his free time planting trees in SF and hiking in our National Parks.

Scott Wong
Vice President of Sales

Scott brings with him over 4 years of experience building and leading sales teams from scratch, including building out the sales development team for an Inc 500 company. He has worked in the adtech and healthcare industries. During his time in healthcare, Scott evaluated all of the players in the space making him uniquely adapt to further drive revenue for Paubox. Scott was born and raised in Hawai'i, attended Punahou School on Oahu, and holds a B.A. in sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

In his spare time you can find Scott seeking out the next tastiest bite, awesome movie, or anywhere that involves getting in the water.

Sierra Reed
Marketing Manager

Sierra has over 10 years of marketing experience. She is a resourceful, dynamic, and effective marketing leader with a record of achievement, developing and directing strategic marketing activities in challenging and highly competitive markets. Sierra leads data-driven growth marketing initiatives, demand generation, product marketing, email marketing, content, SEO and social media strategies for Paubox.

In her spare time, Sierra enjoys painting, running and spending time with her dogs, Chloe and Brady.

Aja Anderson
Customer Success Manager

Aja started working in compliance at the age of 14, submitting DEP forms on behalf of her father's business, thus beginning a love of spreadsheets that has carried her forward through myriad industries.

Over the past 8 years working in startups, Aja has learned successful scale cannot come at the expense of human capital and that diverse experience and perspective is critical to building sustainable business solutions. She comes to Paubox eager to develop our mid-market relationships and to share her love of great white sharks. She enjoys dressing her chihuahua up in Chloe's crocheted creations.

Brittany Baledio
Graphic Designer

Brittany has over 5 years of design experience in print, web, social media, visual design and marketing and advertising. She has worked for a variety of companies ranging from small design studios to large Bay Area startups. Her experience working in healthcare and biotech industries gave her the foundation of recognizing the importance of email security and propels her to drive Paubox's brand forward.

During her free time she enjoys traveling, watching the most dramatic season of the Bachelor and Bachelorette, dining at new restaurants and keeping up with her energetic miniature dachshund. 

Chloe Bowen
Chief of Staff

Chloe’s experience with startups has shown her what to do, and what not to do, at an early-stage company. She watched WeWork grow from 40 to over 2,000 employees during her three-year tenure, experiencing both the benefits and pitfalls of exponential growth. She first met Hoala and the team when she worked for 500 Startups, shepherding companies through the accelerator program - one of which was Paubox.

Chloe's hobbies are knitting, crocheting, yoga and teaching her cat circus tricks.

Chris Sipe
Implementation Manager

Chris has 20 years of experience in the Bay Area as an I.T. generalist managing help desk teams, infrastructure, a variety of email systems, and marketing tech stack projects, as well as 8 years of solutions consulting experience with a startup specializing in digital asset management.

Outside of work Chris is a new dad, enjoys scuba diving, gardening, cooking, and traveling, having visited 35+ countries as a food and culture enthusiast. He’s also a professional drummer that has toured the U.S., Canada, and U.K. with a variety of bands.

Christian Rodriguez
Account Executive

Christian has 4 years of experience in cloud software, having worked across various market sectors from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He previously worked in healthcare technology where he found his market niche. Christian received his B.A. in sociology and Latin American studies from UC Santa Cruz and is originally from Silicon Valley. 

Outside of work, Christian loves to stay active by finding new trails to hike, hitting the gym, or dabbling in just about any sport. He is also an avid traveler and loves to experience new places through their local cuisine.

Dan Dorszynski
Software Engineer

Dan has been developing for the web since before Facebook, Twitter, and Google were even ideas. Totally ignoring his degree in civil and environmental engineering from Stanford, Dan spent the last twenty years as an independent web development contractor both in Hawai'i and Wisconsin, where he currently lives.

In his free time, Dan enjoys promoting the Wisconsin Adaptive Sports Association and building sports simulation apps for stats nerds.

Eddie Prislac
Senior Software Engineer

Eddie has over a decade of experience as a software engineer, working with a wide variety of languages and frameworks on large internal and customer-facing projects in industries such as oil and gas, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and entertainment.

In his spare time, Eddie is also the head applicant wrangler for Vets Who Code, a volunteer organization which trains and helps place military veterans in software engineering roles. His hobbies include comics, gaming, and telling anyone who shows the smallest bit of interest about his time in the Marines.

Evan King
Senior Manager, Sales Development

Evan is a motivated and dedicated sales leader with experience building and scaling sales teams at cloud networking and email security companies in Silicon Valley. He's passionate about creating a culture that encourages collaboration, learning and personal growth while ensuring his teams are achieving results and having fun.

Evan was born and raised in Rochester, N.Y. and holds a B.A. in communication from the University at Buffalo. In his spare time, he likes to travel the world learning and experiencing new cultures.

Giovanni Mauricio
Sales Development Representative

Giovanni graduated from California State University, Chico in 2020 with a B.A. in economics and a minor in applied statistics. He is constantly seeking knowledge and is excited for what life is like after finishing college. 

Outside of work, Giovanni can be found playing basketball, hiking, volunteering at local soup kitchens, or rooting for his favorite sports teams. 

Greg Hoffman
Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Greg received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa in 2015. While enrolled, he served two terms as chapter president of Tau Kappa Epsilon, the largest fraternity in America. Under his leadership, it was awarded the nation’s most improved chapter.

Greg’s hobbies include photography, golfing, snowboarding, hiking and traveling.

Hannah Trum
Marketing Specialist

Since graduating from Texas A&M, Hannah has worked in marketing departments across various industries, including packaging, healthcare, and anime. She enjoys creating and executing well-rounded marketing strategies and lives by the motto, “If you’re not learning, you’re not growing, and neither is your company.”

When not working, Hannah likes to bake, pretend to enjoy hiking, and watch as many crime shows/documentaries as possible.

Jennifer Pantle
Corporate Events & Trade Show Marketer

Jenn has 15 years of extensive experience in event design, production and marketing. She is a passionate and organized planner who has worked in a wide variety of industries, most recently at an experiential event agency working with top tech industry clients. 

In her free time Jenn enjoys world travel, reading, live music and most importantly spending time with family and friends.

Justin Babb
Customer Success Manager

Justin has been working in customer-facing roles for over a decade and is passionate about providing a consistent and positive customer experience. In previous roles, he built and restructured operations at companies, hired and trained customer-facing teams, and helped build and test hardware and software solutions.

In his free time, Justin enjoys painting, cooking, and drawing.

Leise St. Clair
UI/UX Designer

Leise has over 8 years of experience as a visual designer and a lifetime of experience critiquing restaurant menus. After attending the Rhode Island School of Design and living in New England, she returned home to the Bay Area and has been enjoying the weather ever since.

Happiest when Hacker Newsletter has a design section, Leise also enjoys crossword puzzles, trivia nights, and pointing out typos.

Lisa Mai
Customer Success Manager

Lisa graduated from California State East Bay with a B.A. in liberal arts and a minor in childhood development. Prior to joining Paubox, Lisa held roles in childhood development, education, and customer success.

When Lisa isn’t working, you can find her baking, hunting for the world’s best chocolate, and traveling to new cities.

Michelle Wong
Sales Development Representative

Michelle graduated from the University of California, Riverside in 2020 with a B.S. in business administration, marketing. Her previous roles were in marketing, but she is excited to be a part of the Paubox team and the tech sales industry. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Michelle is happy to be back home closer to family and friends.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys trying out new restaurants, going to the beach, traveling, and she recently took up cycling classes. She is also wildly obsessed with corgis and hopes to get one one day.

Nader Abdallah
Product Manager

Nader has over 20 years of experience in product management. He has worked on a variety of products in different industries. He is skilled at taking products from inception to launch as well as managing mature products. With an engineering degree and a master’s in management, Nader has both the technical background as well as the business acumen to successfully lead the product function.

When Nader is not creating products, you can find him on the basketball court or enjoying the California outdoors.

Nick Wong
Front End Software Engineer

Nick is an undergraduate at U.C. Berkeley studying computer science and entrepreneurship with an emphasis on ethics. Nick is the first recipient of Paubox's Kahikina Scholarship and interned with the company over the 2020 summer before taking a full-time role. Nick's passion for creating value in the health-tech space was originally inspired by the caregiving challenges his family experienced.

Nick enjoys surfing, playing strategic board games, golfing, making great coffee, and cheering on Liverpool alongside Emir.

Patrick Printy
Inside Sales Representative

PJ was born and raised in Sandusky, Ohio, which is home to the world-famous amusement park, Cedar Point. He graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S. in business management. After college, he moved to Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to joining Paubox, PJ worked for a medical IT company. He has an extensive history in sales and customer service and loves to work closely with customers. He also works as a licensed real estate agent.

When PJ isn’t working, you can find him spending time with family and friends, boating, going to the beach, and traveling.

Paul Giovacchini
Enterprise Customer Success Manager

After graduating from Purdue University (Boiler up!), Paul returned to his native San Francisco Bay Area home to forge a career in the tech scene. While gaining experience in a number of customer-facing roles such as sales, business development, and account management, he's found his niche in customer success. He finds creating long-term successful business partnerships rewarding and it's what he loves most about his work.

When not searching for the best hot sauce on the planet, you'll find Paul on the trail, in the snow, or in the water. You pronounce Paul's last name: Joe_Va_Key_Knee.

Prabh Nijjar
Business Operations Analyst

Prabh has over 5 years of experience in business operations as an analyst working with non-profits and Inc 500 companies. She also worked with startups that provided services for small and medium sized businesses. Her background, especially in the healthcare sector, makes her an asset in understanding how to help teams be more efficient and effective. Prabh earned her B.A. in economics and psychology from University of California, Davis and her MBA in data analytics from St. Mary's College of California.

In her downtime time, Prabh enjoys cooking, baking, and traveling. She also loves watching movies while eating takeout, or going on a hike.

Steve Griffin
Sales Development Representative

Steve has over twenty years of experience in a variety of industries with accomplished skills in purchasing, sales, account management, project management, customer service, and business development.

Steve enjoys family, outdoors, biking, and drawing, among many other things.

Robert Ogus
Technical Support Engineer

Robert graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a B.S. in biopsychology. After college, he lived in New York and Philadelphia before moving to the Bay Area in 2014. His previous experience includes roles as a help desk technician, web operations analyst, and data manager. He likes to empower people through the use of technology.

When Robert is not working, he enjoys playing the guitar, meditating, eating good food, and spending time outdoors.

Samira Gardezy
Sales Development Representative

Samira graduated from University of California, Davis 2020 as a cognitive science major. She's versatile in customer service because she has worked everywhere, from hosting to sales, retail, and makeup before landing in the technology industry with Apple for three years as a sales specialist.

Samira is a hard worker and she loves to make people's lives easier and more secure which led her to Paubox.

If she's not working Samira loves to hike, go to the beach, eat great food with friends and family, and dance. A passion she's always had is to travel the world. 

Timothy Spangler
Senior Software Engineer

Timothy first learned to code as a curious kid writing AOL bots. Over the last twenty years, he's grown up alongside the Internet, watching it go from a scrappy collection of pages with the same gray background and the same "under construction" GIF (#softG) to the world's biggest software platform. Aside from a brief pivot to earn a journalism master's from Northwestern, he's been writing web applications the whole time.

Born and raised in Chicagoland, Timothy fills his spare time by collecting midcentury antiques, trying new board games, and hanging out with his wife, son, grumpy pug, and three fat cats.

Travis Taylor
Account Executive

Travis graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2016 with a B.A. in sociology and certificate in sport management. His 4+ years as a sales professional has been spent entirely in healthcare.

Outside of work Travis enjoys an active lifestyle including running, soccer, volleyball, and surfing. He is an avid sports fan, especially for his hometown Los Angeles teams.

Tyler Clark
Technical Support Specialist

Born and raised in Utah, Tyler has been in IT support for over 10 years supporting a variety of software systems. He is constantly looking to give the best customer support while helping people with their IT needs.

Tyler likes learning about new and exciting things in the IT world. While not working, he enjoys playing card games, video games, and watching movies.

Blaine Kaho'onei
Advisor

Blaine is a techie, an entrepreneur, an investor, a philanthropist, and Kanaka Maoli (Native Hawaiian). He is an 18-year veteran of the software industry. Leaving Hawai'i in 1999 for an opportunity in San Francisco, he's played roles in customer support, sales, operations, and channels for startups before building his career at a pre-IPO Salesforce in 2004.

Yuka Nagashima
Advisor

Originally from Japan, Yuka co-founded two tech startups in Hawai'i. She then directed the Hawai'i government’s innovation policies as the executive director and CEO of the High Technology Development Corporation, where she implemented innovation initiatives, drafted legislation to enrich Hawai'i’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, led incubation centers and mentoring programs, and advised executive teams.

Now residing in Silicon Valley, Yuka acts as an interim executive for startups and advises founders through her consulting firm, Paideia Enterprises. She is currently the president of Astia, a nonprofit that levels the playing field for female entrepreneurs by providing access to capital and networks.

Denis R. Coleman

An educator and entrepreneur, Denis offers guidance to student entrepreneurs around the country, delivering his presentation “Lessons from 15 Silicon Valley Startups – 1979 to 2015” and holding subsequent one-on-one meetings with students.

Coleman has been an operating or board-level founder of 15 companies, four of which have had IPOs (Symantec, Visoneer, Neoforma, and Financial Engines). He has angel invested in 55 startups – life science, healthcare, and IT. He has earned three engineering degrees from MIT and a Ph.D. in management from Stanford University.
