Paubox Email Suite Premium customers can now export emails in bulk directly from the Paubox Mail Archive. Admins can search, select, and download archived messages for compliance reviews, audits, or eDiscovery requests, all from within the dashboard.
What's happening
We've added self-service mail archive exports based on direct customer requests. Admins now have full control to search the archive by entity, date range, or keyword, then export the messages they need in minutes.
For example, suppose a compliance officer needs every message sent to or from a departing clinician between two specific dates. They can now search the archive by mailbox, date range, or keyword, then select the matching messages, and export them in minutes.
How it works
To export from the Paubox Mail Archive:

Sign in to the Paubox Dashboard and go to Paubox Email Suite → Mail Archive

Filter by entity, date range, or search term to find the messages you need

Select the messages and choose the export action
Exports run in the background. You can leave the page while processing completes.
When the export is ready, download it from the Exports tab.
Exported files are delivered in MBOX format, which works with most email clients and eDiscovery tools. Files remain available for download for 45 days, after which they are permanently deleted.

Mail archive exports are included at no additional cost for existing Paubox Email Suite Premium customers with archiving enabled.

Customer feedback is part of the Paubox Foundations. Self-service archive exports came directly from admins asking for faster turnaround on audit and eDiscovery requests, and we built it.
