We're excited to announce Paubox Security Awareness Training, a new add-on for Paubox Email Suite. Create and send phishing simulation campaigns to employees and see exactly who opened, clicked, or entered credentials, so you know who needs more training instead of guessing.

What's happening

Healthcare organizations have asked us for a simpler way to test and train employees on phishing. Most of them already trust Paubox to protect their inbox. Adding a separate vendor just to run phishing tests meant a second dashboard, a second login, and an employee roster to keep in sync by hand.

For example, suppose your organization wants to run a quarterly phishing test. With Paubox Security Awareness Training, you pick a scenario, like a fake Microsoft login reset, choose all employees or a specific list, and send it. The employee list pulls automatically from who's already sending mail on your domain, so there's nothing to upload.

How it works

To run a campaign, go to Paubox Email Suite → Security Awareness Training → New Campaign. Pick a scenario, choose your audience, and decide whether to send immediately or randomize delivery across a week so employees can't tip each other off.

Every scenario can be sent as-is or generate variations with AI. Once a campaign runs, you'll see who opened it, who clicked, and who entered credentials, with a Low, Medium, or High risk score for every employee. If someone falls for it, nothing they typed is stored or logged, only which fields they filled in.

Turn on automatic campaigns and Paubox runs a fresh simulation every month automatically.

Available with Paubox Email Suite

Security Awareness Training is available now as an add-on to Paubox Email Suite. Typically it's about half the cost of running a standalone phishing simulation platform. 

Why this matters

The HIPAA Security Rule requires covered entities to run a security awareness and training program for anyone with access to protected health information (45 CFR §164.308(a)(5)). Security Awareness Training keeps a full campaign history and retains audit logs for six years, so you have documentation ready if you're ever asked for it.
