- Network server breaches affected the most people. 724,615 individuals had their data breached.
- Email breaches were the second most common breach, with 31,433 people affected.
- Electronic medical record breaches affected 8,484 people, the third most impactful breach type.

Takeaways
Network server breaches affected the most people in December 2025. Fieldtex Products, Inc. had the most significant breach, which affected 104,071 people. Columbia Medical Practice had the second-largest breach, affecting 94,131 people.
Overall, over 764,532 individuals had their data accessed via 40 breaches reported in December 2025.
