Excluded Users added to Paubox DLP

We are pleased to announce Paubox DLP supports the ability to exclude select users from data loss prevention rules. 

What's happening:

• Customers asked us for the ability to exclude certain users from having DLP rules applied to them. 
• For example, suppose the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of an organization sends a large amount of sensitive data and does not want DLP rules applied to their mailbox. Adding them as an excluded user achieves that result.
  

How does it work?

• In the Paubox Dashboard, navigate to Excluded Users, which can be found under Paubox Email Suite => Data Loss Prevention => Excluded Users.
• Add one or more excluded users there. Changes take effect immediately. 

How much does Excluded Users for Paubox DLP cost?

• Excluded users for DLP is available at no extra charge for Paubox Email Suite Premium customers.
