We visited over a dozen customers yesterday at ViVE 2025 in Nashville.
I caught up with Dean Hoffman of Rula over coffee today at Napa Valley Coffee Roasting Company in Napa, CA.
What's happening: Dean is the IT Manager at Rula. They signed up for Paubox Email Suite in 2022.
Rula: Their mission is to create a world where every person can access high-quality mental health care.
Rula recognizes that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted. As such, they are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Here's what I learned:
- Dean remains interested in becoming an early adopter of Paubox Texting
- Loves our monthly Zoom social mixers
- They are deeply impacted by the Change Healthcare breach
- He'd like to learn more about our Salesforce CRM integration.
The big picture: Visiting customers is one of the favorite parts of my job as CEO. I always learn something new.
