What we learned about automation and opportunity at Flow 2025

Attendee at Flow 2025 conference

Last week, the Paubox team joined hundreds of managed service providers (MSPs) and automation leaders at Flow 2025 in Tampa, FL.

Hosted by Rewst, the three-day conference was packed with hands-on labs, tactical sessions, and plenty of hallway conversations about what’s next for the MSP space.

For us, Flow was more than just a learning opportunity, it was a chance to connect with partners who are looking to simplify complex environments, especially in regulated industries like healthcare.

Highlights from the event

Flow 2025 delivered on its promise: practical, community-driven content built for real operators. Every part of Flow was designed with tactical value in mind.

The agenda focused heavily on real-world automation use cases, with MSPs sharing exactly how they’re using Rewst to solve problems; from onboarding flows and password rotation to billing, reporting, and compliance tasks.

What stood out most was the willingness of attendees and speakers alike to open the curtain. There was no fluff, just direct, honest walkthroughs of what’s working, what broke, and what they’d do differently next time. That openness created space for meaningful learning. The emphasis stayed on building workflows that actually drive efficiency.

Flow also gave space for nuance. Sessions explored the intersection of automation with AI, staffing, and compliance without relying on hype.

For MSPs supporting healthcare and other regulated industries, these discussions were critical. How do you scale service delivery without sacrificing security? How do you balance efficiency with empathy? These were the kinds of questions being asked—and answered—with insight and candor.

Why Flow matters for MSPs

One of the most valuable takeaways? Automation is no longer a nice-to-have. It’s foundational. But when you’re working with healthcare clients, the stakes are higher. Automating without sacrificing compliance or security is a challenge many attendees were eager to tackle.

We had meaningful conversations with MSPs about how Paubox's HIPAA compliant email solutions can plug into their workflows, whether they’re building client communication flows, secure outreach campaigns, or back-end ticketing systems that trigger messages.

With features like automatic encryption, seamless inbox delivery, and secure marketing capabilities, Paubox helps MSPs build trust with their healthcare clients without adding complexity.

Looking ahead

Flow 2025 reinforced something we’ve believed for a long time: good automation should feel invisible. And with the right partners and platforms, it can be.
