Spam Folder Routing added to Paubox

We are pleased to announce a new feature for Paubox Email Suite customers: Spam Folder Routing. 

What's happening: 

• In addition to Quarantine Reports and SSO support, we developed another way to remove friction from quarantined mail for end users: having it delivered directly to their respective Spam folders instead.

How does Spam Folder Routing work?

• For Paubox Email Suite Plus and Premium customers on M365 or Google Workspace, we can configure Paubox so that spam and gray mail are delivered to the end user's Spam folder.

What types of email get routed to the Spam folder?

• Spam

• Gray

What types do not?

• Legit (for obvious reasons)

• ExecProtect

• Phish

• Virus

• Virus (macro)

• DLP

How much does Spam Folder Routing cost? 

• Spam Folder Routing is available at no extra charge for Paubox Email Suite customers.
