We are pleased to announce Quarantine Reports for Paubox Email Suite customers.

What's happening:

  •  Customers asked us to build a feature whereby individual users can easily manage their own quarantines.
  • Quarantine Reports, which get sent directly to users every two hours during working hours, are an effective way to achieve this.

How do Quarantine Reports work?

  • Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day, a Quarantine Report will be emailed (encrypted, of course) every two hours, provided that you have received at least one new spam message since the last report.

How do I start getting them?

  • In the Paubox Dashboard, click your name in the lower left corner, then Profile.
  • In the Report settings section, make sure:
    • Your time zone is set correctly
    • Quarantine report is set to On
