We are pleased to announce more reporting categories have been added to the Paubox Dashboard.
What's happening:
Customers asked us to provide a simpler interface for reporting categories in our Inbound Security solution (Paubox Email Suite Plus). As a reminder, ease of use is a big idea at Paubox, so we knew this was a worthwhile project.
While we were at it, we removed mail scores in the Paubox Dashboard as well. By and large, our internal scoring system was confusing customers.
What's next:
Next up, we'll be finishing our work on Quarantine Reports for end users. These automated emails are designed to delegate quarantine management to end users, freeing up time for IT staff.
