Paubox [Tags] is now easier to use

Modern glass office buildings against a blue sky

We are pleased announce Paubox [Tags] is now easier to use. Yesterday's release of generative AI for Paubox Inbound Security allows us to make Paubox [Tags] easier to use.

What's happening:

  • Paubox [Tags] modifies the subject line of an incoming email based on two criteria: the sender's address and the [Tag] to apply.
  • Going forward, the SPF record for the sender's domain can end either in -all (strict) or ~all (less strict). Previously, the SPF record had to end only in -all.
  • As example, the SPF record for gmail.com ends in ~all. Previously, Paubox [Tags] would not be enabled for gmail senders. Starting today, it does work.

How do I get Paubox [Tags]?

Conclusion

Despite the evolving threat landscape of phishing attacks and email threats, Paubox remains ahead of the curve by leveraging the latest in AI.
