What happened: 

The September social mixer was an unmoderated discussion among healthcare IT professionals and marketers. We covered newly shipped features, upcoming Q4 initiatives, a guest demo from Eggmed, a new EHR/RCM platform targeting behavioral health practices, and the launch of a new Paubox AI community.

  • A new "Blocked" quarantine category is live, letting admins quickly identify and bulk-purge emails matching user-defined block rules.

    • One attendee reported 150–200 emails per day now automatically categorized, dramatically reducing manual quarantine review.. 

  • Paubox Forms now supports PDF-to-form conversion, mapping fields, including signatures, automatically.
    • One attendee tested it live and had a form ready in under a minute, and shared a workflow tip for routing submissions directly into an EMR via the EMR's e-fax address.

  •  A new gray mail broadening toggle shipped during the meeting, giving organizations the option to filter legitimate but unwanted promotional emails into quarantine.

  • DLP Behavioral Observation is now live for Email Suite Premium customers, passively surfacing outbound email patterns to admins before any blocking rules are applied — a lower-friction way to build informed DLP policies. 

  • Security Awareness Training generated strong discussion, with attendees calling out the value of realistic, customizable phishing simulations over generic templates.
  • AK Azaiez, founder of Eggmed, demoed his new EHR/RCM platform built for behavioral health group practices.
    • Attendees highlighted the importance of clinical staff involvement in product design and EMR record exportability for legal admissibility.
