I attended a private dinner for Inc 5000 Founders in San Francisco this evening.

What's happening: We've been fortunate enough to make the Inc 5000 list for the past three years. Tonight's dinner at The Line SF was a special event for Inc 5000 Founders in the area.

Inc 5000?: The Inc. 5000 is an annual list compiled and published by Inc. magazine that ranks the fastest-growing privately held small companies in the United States.

The list is based on the percentage growth of their annual revenue over a three-year period.

Why it matters: Startups like us are continually striving for social proof. Making the Inc 5000 list is a strong such indicator.

The bottom line: As I've mentioned before, being headquartered in San Francisco allows me to level up faster as a tech CEO.
