Hello world,
I caught up with Jason Gu of Spire Health over coffee today in rainy San Francisco.
What's happening: Jason is the IT Director at Spire Health. They signed up for Paubox in 2022.
Spire Health: The provide remote patient monitoring for chronic respiratory disease. They launched in 2013 and are headquartered in San Francisco.
Here's what I learned:
- Jason is interested in seeing Paubox Forms in action.
- He'd also like to learn more about our Salesforce CRM integration.
- They don't currently have a need to send PHI via text messages.
The big picture: Visiting customers is one of the favorite parts of my job as CEO. It allows me to gather customer feedback, which is incredibly important to us.
