Serving 722 meals + 440 pounds of chicken at GLIDE Church

Evan Fitzgerald, Lisa Mai, myself, and Pete Kirsheman A core value at Paubox is that we are leaders and not followers. On that note, we know that the leader always gives back. To quantify our objective, one of our goals this year is to do 50 hours of community service. To get the ball rolling today, four of us walked a few blocks to GLIDE Church to serve dinner to San Francisco’s needy.

In fact, it's the second year in a row we began our annual community service objectives at GLIDE. Last year, we managed to serve 481 meals there. This time around, we helped serve 722 meals plus 440 pounds of chicken prep for a future meal. I got assigned to the chicken prep- I think I've seen and smelt enough raw chicken for awhile. Our two hour shift blew by and we had fun doing it. Mahalo to Pete Kirsheman, our Director of Customer Success, for organizing our group.
