We're pleased to announce we've dramatically increased attachment size limits on Paubox Forms submissions.

Paubox Forms allows you to collect patient data via HIPAA compliant forms. It's free to use with any paid version of Paubox Email Suite, Paubox Marketing, or Paubox Email API.
We're excited to announce new updates to Paubox Forms based on feedback we've received from our customers. Here's a roundup of new updates that are live for Paubox Forms:
Add hyperlinked text
You can now add hyperlinks to text in the Text element to link out to resources.
PDF of form submissions
When a form is configured to send a PDF copy to an admin's email address, the PDF will render in paragraph format, ensuring long form patient responses are fully captured
Required field for file uploads
The "File Upload" element can now be set as a required field
Duplicate forms
Quickly duplicate existing forms.
Archive forms
Archive any forms that are no longer in use to clean up your forms view. Easily unarchive forms as well.
Download a CSV or PDF of form submissions
Form submissions can now be downloaded. Download an individual's form submission as a PDF or CSV. There is also an option to download all of a form's submission as a CSV file.
