Noteworthy moves

Paubox moved up to #1 in 7 reports this season, including the Mid-Market Results Index for Email Anti-spam, the Implementation Index for Email Security, and the Implementation Index for Cloud Email Security. Overall, Paubox improved its ranking in 33 reports — a strong signal of continued momentum across every category we compete in.

This season also marks a significant expansion: Paubox entered three new categories:  Email Archiving, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Data Security. We immediately earned badges and, in the case of Email Archiving, claimed #1 in 11 reports on its debut.

Paubox was recently the only HIPAA compliant email company named to G2's 2025 Best Software Awards, placing #29 on the Best Healthcare Software Products list.
