- Before they start, educate new hires about common scams (gift cards); let them know about email and text scams.
- Use recorded sessions for new onboards to educate them about potential scams.
- Create a dedicated Slack channel to report a potential scam that came in - IT will take a look to see if it's legit or a scam.
- Build reporting phishing emails into the culture of your company.
