Paubox customers: Paubox Zoom social mixer (April 2025)

In the April Zoom social mixer, we focused on how attendees used Paubox ExecProtect+, Paubox's transcription tool, and the new Paubox [Tags] feature.

What happened: 

The April social mixer was a free-flowing discussion amongst healthcare IT professionals. We covered various topics, including ExecProtect+, Paubox [Tags], Smishing, AI tools that make life easier, voice-to-text products, and emerging tech in healthcare.

Our takeaways:

• We launched the discussion with an overview of Paubox's newest features.
• Paubox [Tags] is perfect to catch phishing attacks like the recent fake Docusign emails.
• “Amount of [fake] direct deposits it’s blocked makes it worth it. It’s fantastic.”
• A few attendees reported that ExecProtect+ uncovered several employees who were not following email policy.
  • "It was an eye opener to see staff who were using personal email."
• Paubox's transcription feature saves people hours of time each month by making voicemails easy to scan instead of listening to the entire thing.
  • It's quicker to read than listen to a voicemail.
• We discussed Paubox forms. One attendee reported that their HR department loves forms: "External users can upload drives license and personal info for onboarding"
• Vibe coding isn't widespread yet, but everyone had ideas on how they'd use AI-enabled IDEs.

The bottom line: Customers count on Paubox to help keep their emails HIPAA compliant, and save time managing inbound email security challenges.
