Paubox attended the NACHC Workforce Conference 2026 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on April 28 and 29. The theme this year, "Connecting Mission-Driven Leadership with Data-Driven Decision-Making," matches the operational reality community health centers are working in right now.
The NACHC Workforce Conference is the premier event for finance, operations, clinical, and IT leaders in the Community Health Center Movement.
The audience skews toward CFOs, COOs, HR directors, IT leaders, and clinical informaticists at federally qualified health centers (FQHCs). These are the people running care for the 31.5 million patients served by the community health center network, often on grant funding and a workforce that turns over faster than most healthcare segments.
Community health centers handle protected health information (PHI) at hospital-system volume on small-clinic budgets. That mismatch is where email security tends to go sideways.
CHC leaders are asking how to deploy email security without retraining a distributed workforce, how to fund it inside a federal grant structure, and how to prove to a board that what they have today actually meets HIPAA.
If you want to talk through what HIPAA compliant email looks like for a community health center, connect with our team. The conversation NACHC kicked off is the one we want to keep having all year.
