See why inbound mail was categorized
The Inbound Statistics page now explains itself. Admins can click into a mail category and see the specific reasoning behind how Paubox classified each message, making it easier to understand and trust filtering decisions.
- Inbound and outbound statistics totals now appear above the bar graph.
- Inbound categories with activity are clickable.
- Clicking a category opens a full-page table showing the reasoning behind each categorization.
Additional updates by product
Outbound email security
- New Inactive Senders tab on the Senders page separates encrypted senders with no activity in the past 45 days from active encrypted senders and unencrypted senders.
- Outbound mail to recipient domains with TLS certificate issues now recovers automatically. Once Paubox detects a certificate problem for a domain, it applies an override so later messages send over TLS without manual intervention.
Secure Message Center
- Secure message notifications now show the sender's name in the message body, falling back to the organization name when no sender name is available, and the "Replies are not monitored" line was removed.
Account administration
- New Paubox Forms Access permission lets admins grant Paubox Forms access to additional users.
Bug fixes
- Fixed Email API open tracking so open rates and statuses render correctly. Affected historical data was back-populated.
