Henderson Behavioral Health 10th annual VIP dinner (2026)

My wife and I attended the 10th annual VIP dinner for Henderson Behavioral Health last night in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The theme was Mind, Body, and Soul-utions.

What's happening: Henderson Behavioral Health provides healthcare, housing, and hope for persons of all ages with behavioral health and substance use conditions in Florida each year.

My takeaways: There are four things Dr. Steve Ronik, CEO of Henderson Behavioral Health, focuses the company on:

1. Patients have to get better

2. Make sure Henderson's resources and money are managed like their our own
3. Be a great place to work
4. Make sure everyone who's touched by Henderson has an incredible experience
