Day 3 at HIMSS 2024: Insights and longer discussions

As HIMSS 2024 drew to a close, the energy of the previous days gave way to a more measured pace, allowing for deeper conversations with customers and other attendees. 

The Paubox team, including CEO Hoala Greevy, took the opportunity to engage with attendees and customers, delving into their experiences and feedback.

A standout interaction of the day was with a health insurance plan organization that leverages Paubox Marketing, our HIPAA compliant email marketing platform, for a range of patient outreach initiatives, including vaccine alerts and patient education. It was great to hear directly from a customer how the platform's versatility helps them encourage preventative health measures.

Another memorable conversation was with representatives from HITRUST, an organization that sets the standard for securing sensitive information and managing risk within the healthcare industry. We discussed the stringent security measures of Paubox Email Suite, which is recognized for its high level of security as assessed by HITRUST.
