Day 2 at HIMSS 2024: All about Paubox customers

Day 2 of the HIMSS24 conference was another high-energy and insightful day. Our focus was on connecting with our Paubox customers, who are also exhibitors at HIMSS. Paubox CEO Hoala Greevy and I, Dean Levitt, took the time to visit each one, diving into their experiences at the conference and how Paubox solutions support their businesses.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many appreciating the seamless integration of Paubox's email encryption into their daily operations. It's clear that our commitment to encrypting every email by default is appreciated and provides our customers with much-needed peace of mind, allowing them to focus on their core healthcare services.

When asked how often they think of email encryption, the answer was that since switching to Paubox, they don't need to worry about manually encryption emails or worrying about PHI slipping into unencrypted emails.

Our day was also highlighted by another giveaway of a bottle of Blanton's bourbon, announced to the lucky winner through a HIPAA compliant text message and HIPAA compliant email.

We've run out of our much-loved flashing sunglasses—they're always popular as swag among the attendees. However, we sweetened the end of the day with fresh-baked cookies at our booth, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for final discussions and networking.

Today's interactions reinforced several lessons:
