Before we left Orlando for HIMSS 2017, we met up with Troy Kelly, Director of IT for AeroCare. We met up with him at Casey's on Central, which was a pretty cool spot. One the things I enjoy most about Paubox is talking to customers. It's always interesting to see what their business problems are and how we can provide value. Here are some of my takeaways from our conversation.

After an engaging conversation, a street magician named Richard the Adequate stopped by our table and blew our minds.
