What's happening: Joe is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Easter Seals Louisiana. They are happy Paubox Email Suite customers.

Here's what I learned:

• Joe crosses the world's longest bridge over water (continuous) as part of his daily commute.

The big picture: Visiting customers is one of the favorite parts of my job as CEO. It made my day when Joe said, "we don't have to turn the encryption on."
