On Friday my wife Lisa and I attended the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce of Northern California (HCCNC) gala in San Francisco.
San Francisco, CA - I had coffee a couple weeks ago with Curtis Chude, Senior Information Technology Manager at Private Medical.
What's happening: I'm happy to say Paubox is the first vendor to visit Curtis since he joined Private Medical.
By the numbers:
- Private Medical currently has six locations: San Francisco, New York City, Miami, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Menlo Park.
- Curtis will be attending ViVE 2024 in Los Angeles; we'll be there too.
- Curtis interested in Paubox Forms
- In order to reduce complexity, Curtis wants to reduce the number of SaaS vendors he does business with.
- Curtis has hired three IT staff in the past 16 months
Why it matters: Customer feedback is a core tenet of the Paubox Foundations, which are principles and values we care intensely about.
The bottom line: Visiting customers and sharing the Paubox roadmap is a fantastic way to gather feedback.
