We did a quick beach cleanup this afternoon at King Harbor in Redondo Beach, CA.
What's happening: After a quarterly planning meeting at the Sonesta Redondo Beach hotel, we picked up litter across the street.
Since reading about them in Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business in 2021, we've been doing quarterly offsite meetings. We put our own spin on them by doing community service too.
Why it matters: Our mission is to become the market leader for HIPAA compliant email security and we believe the leader always gives back.
Therefore, we should be doing community service.
The bottom line: Beach cleanups are one of my favorite community service activities.
Free, simple, and it feels good.
