Paubox Email Suite Plus and Premium customers can now choose exactly which mail categories appear in their Quarantine Reports. 

What's happening

Previously, in quarantine reports, admins received one set of categories, and regular users only ever saw Gray and Geofence. Customers asked for control over what lands in their reports, so we built it.

Admin can now choose which mail categories show up in quarantine reports: ExecProtect, data loss prevention (DLP), Geofence, Gray, Macros, Phish, Spam, and Virus.

How it works

Go to Settings > Inbound Security and open the new Quarantine Report Categories section. Select the categories you want included, then Save. Changes apply to the next report.

Two categories stay restricted by recipient, even when selected. Virus notifications go only to admins. DLP notifications go only to people with the DLP notification permission. The remaining categories, ExecProtect, Geofence, Gray, Macros, Phish, and Spam, go to everyone who receives a report.

Who receives reports and what they cover has not changed. Regular users still see only their own mailbox. Admins still receive the customer-wide rollup. VIP Quarantine Reports still narrows that rollup to selected mailboxes.
