Automatic encryption for all senders

At Paubox, we aim to make HIPAA compliant email as seamless and easy as possible. That's why we're excited to share that we now automatically encrypt email for all senders from an organization, without any manual steps.

Our customers no longer have to manually add encrypted senders to Paubox. All senders from your organization are now added as encrypted senders automatically.

This update reduces manual work and ensures consistent protection across an organization.

What this means

• There's no need to manually add new encrypted senders (they'll be added automatically)
• Customers will no longer see an Encrypted Senders page in their dashboard
• If there are senders who should not be encrypted, they can be added to the Unencrypted Senders list

• Ensures protection of sensitive health data
• Reduces the manual work for IT teams and staff
• Provides peace of mind knowing every outbound email meets HIPAA compliance requirements

What if I don’t want certain senders to send encrypted email?

If there are specific senders that should not send encrypted email, admins can easily manage this by using the Unencrypted Senders list.
