How it works

Take a look at the analytics for any email campaign that you sent.  Not only will you see sortable columns for who viewed, clicked, or unsubscribed, but you will also be able to see if any of the emails were not delivered or bounced. You will also notice a new button to download a CSV file of the campaign results which you can then open in your preferred spreadsheet application. Now you can manipulate the data however you want in order to send additional, pinpointed campaigns.  For example, you might want to send one follow up email promotion to your patients who opened your marketing email and a different follow up campaign to patients who did not.
