Customer Discovery with AeroCare - Paubox

Before we left Orlando for HIMSS 2017, we met up with Troy Kelly, Director of IT for AeroCare. We met up with him at Casey’s on Central, which was a pretty cool spot.

One the things I enjoy most about Paubox is talking to customers. It’s always interesting to see what their business problems are and how we can provide value.

Here are some of my takeaways from our conversation.

  • CSR’s, Sales team, tech support all need Paubox.
  • Their industry is consolidating.
  • Heavy fax users now. Or hand delivered.
  • “The future is not fax. I mean c’mon.”
  • “Forms are the most important part of our workflow.”
  • “We’re trying to get away from faxes.”
  • “It’s all about exchanging data with physicians.”
  • All in Azure. Impressed with them.
  • Also Rackspace for Linux deployments.
  • “I care about support.”

After an engaging conversation, a street magician named Richard the Adequate stopped by our table and blew our minds.

Shortly after, Troy took us to Joystick Arcade Lounge, which was a block away. 80s themed video games and all free to play. What a secretbonus combo!
