Members want to do business with fewer vendors: Paubox CAB meeting

Yesterday we held our third Paubox Customer Advisory Board meeting.

What's happening: Last year a customer suggested we create a CAB. We followed his advice and held our first CAB meeting in March.

Meeting highlights: Held quarterly, here's the good stuff from yesterday's CAB meeting:

  • Paubox Forms are in demand
  • CAB members want to do business with less software vendors
  • HIPAA compliant texting remains a hot item, especially if it can be integrated into Paubox Marketing.
  • Pete Kirsheman (VP Customer Success) explained our 30 point inspection method, which is an annual health check for customers to make sure their settings are optimal.
  • Rick Kuwahara (Chief Operating Officer) discussed the Paubox Expert Network, which is our unique interpretation on HARO.
  • Dean Levitt (Head of Content) went over the Paubox healthcare email marketing trends for Q3 and the Paubox healthcare cybersecurity trends for Q3.
  • Of particular note was our post on the first ever HIPAA ransomware settlement announced by HHS. You can read the HHS press release here.

The bottom line: The Paubox CAB is a core example of our commitment to customer feedback, which itself is a core tenet of the Paubox Foundations.
