The last panel of 10X CEO Accelerate 2025 was The CEO Guide to AI.
What's happening: Moderated by Scott Berg, the panel featured:
- Deon Nicholas. Founder & Executive Chairman, Forethought
- Todd Olson. CEO & Founder, Pendo
- Beth Greenberg. Chief of Staff to the CEO, Pendo
- Brian Raymond. CEO & Founder, Unstructured

Some of my takeaways:
- Appointing an internal AI tzar was a common theme amongst the panelists.
- Before a new hire is made, can an agent do the work instead?
- Todd Olson: After a company-wide survey, it was discovered quite a few Pendo staff were using personal credit cards for ChatGPT licenses (we also discovered this at Paubox)
- Brian Raymond: When it came to vibe coding, his company encountered both the Productivity Paradox (time spent on correcting and reviewing AI-generated code) and the Knowledge Paradox (senior software developers see vastly superior gains to junior developers).
- Deon Nicholas: Three AI themes he's bullish on are AI coding agents; image and content generation; and AI Customer service.
Why it's important: As a CEO, what is it that I don't know? It's probably a lot. Therefore, I should continually improve. This is why I joined 10X CEO.
