VIP Quarantine Reports for Inbound Email Security

We are pleased to announce VIP Quarantine Reports are now part of Inbound Email Security. 

What's happening:

• Last year we released Quarantine Reports, which allow individual users to easily manage their own quarantines.
  

• Any user with an account in the Paubox Dashboard can get them. Customer admins get a rollup of quarantined items for the entire organization, while users get a report just for their mailbox.
• Customer admins reported wanting a way to choose which mailboxes they receive rollup reports for. VIP Quarantine Reports deliver that.

How does it work?:

• VIP Quarantine Reports can be enabled in the Paubox Dashboard via the Inbound Security Settings page.
• Toggle VIP Quarantine Reports to On, then enter the email address(es) you want to receive quarantine reports for. 
• VIP Quarantine Reports are available for customer admins only. Normal users will not see this option.

How do I get it?:

• VIP Quarantine Reports are included at no extra charge with Inbound Email Security.

The bigger picture:

• Customer feedback is a core principle of the Paubox Foundations, which are values we care intensely about.
• We built VIP Quarantine Reports in direct response to customer feedback.
