The Paubox Foundations are core principles we value. They lay the groundwork for building a company of long-lasting and exceptional value. Topping the list is customer feedback. We use customer feedback as our roadmap of what to build and when to build it.
On that note, I'm pleased announce we've included support for triggering the Paubox Secure Message Center via a keyword in the Subject line of an outgoing email.
We built this feature due to customer feedback.

Once enabled, Paubox scans every outbound email in an organization. If the Subject line contains the word secure (case insensitive), the message and any attachments get automatically routed to the Paubox Secure Message Center.
The recipient then receives an email from Paubox, directing them to visit a link to retrieve the secure message. The Paubox Secure Message Center is a central component of what our customers like to call, "sleep insurance."
Absolutely not. We built this feature because sometimes organizations our customers interact with are convinced that only email delivered through a web-based browser is considered "secure."
In other words, their outdated perception is that additional friction makes secure email “more secure.”
So in keeping with our obsession on customer feedback, we built this new feature.
This new feature is available at no extra cost for Paubox Email Suite customers.
In the Paubox Dashboard, go to Paubox Email Suite => Outbound Security => Settings. Toggle Subject Line Secure Message Center Trigger to On.
Changes take effect immediately.
