# Paubox Pricing

HIPAA compliant email for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, plus a HIPAA compliant email API and email marketing. Every plan includes a business associate agreement (BAA) at no extra cost.

Paubox sells three subscriptions, each priced separately. Every Paubox product is part of one of them:

## Paubox Email Suite

Priced by the number of senders. A sender is one email address, such as you@yourcompany.com. All three plans start at 5 senders and include a 14-day free trial.

Plans cover up to 5 senders at the base price. Between the rows shown, the price rises in equal steps per sender. From 51 senders, a lower per-sender rate applies to every sender.

## High-Volume Examples

To illustrate costs at scale, here are effective per-sender rates on annual billing:

- **20 senders**: Standard at $190/mo — effective rate of $9.50 per sender.
- **50 senders**: Plus at $631/mo — effective rate of $12.62 per sender.
- **100 senders**: Standard at $733/mo — effective rate of $7.33 per sender. Plus at $1,158/mo — $11.58 per sender. Premium at $1,258/mo — $12.58 per sender.

One email sent to one recipient counts as one email, whether the receiving server delivers it, defers it, or files it as spam. If you send more emails than your plan allows in a billing period, a per-email overage fee applies and is added to a new invoice. The Free plan requires a verified account.

Marketing plans are priced by contacts stored, not emails sent. Sending is unlimited.

Paubox Email API and Paubox Marketing are purchased separately, but both run from the same Paubox account. Emails sent through Paubox Marketing do not count toward your Email API volume.

## Paubox Forms

Paubox Forms is included free with every paid Paubox plan: any Email Suite plan (Standard, Plus, or Premium), Email API Pro, and Marketing Pro. It is not sold separately. The Forms API is also included free on every paid plan.

Forms includes e-signatures with time stamps, file uploads (up to 150 MB per web form submission, or 250 MB per Forms API request), submission notifications, 13 pre-built templates, and fillable PDF import. One BAA covers Forms together with the rest of your Paubox plan.

## Add-ons

- **Salesforce CRM integration**: Send HIPAA compliant email from Salesforce. Optional add-on on Email Suite Plus and Premium. Contact sales for pricing.

- **$250 referral credit**: For every customer you refer to Paubox.

## Enterprise

## Billing

Every product can be billed monthly or annually. Month-to-month billing costs roughly 30% more than annual billing. Paubox Email Suite plans include a 14-day free trial. Paubox Email API and Paubox Marketing each have a free plan.

Both plans include a drag-and-drop email builder, dynamic text, an image and file manager, workflow automation with triggers, custom contact fields, API connections to CRM, EHR, and EMR systems, campaign and link-click reporting, and analytics API endpoints.

All plans include: a signed business associate agreement (BAA) at no charge, HITRUST certification, HIPAA compliance validated by third-party audits, TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 only, customer data encrypted at rest in U.S. data centers only, multi-factor authentication, U.S.-based support by phone and email, and a help center.
