Visiting Our Customers at HIMSS19

I did several laps around the Orlando Convention Center on Wednesday during day two of HIMSS19. Along the way, I stopped by the booths of our customers and said howzit.
The Redox Rocketship
Redox is a confirmed rocketship. They threw a robust block party on Monday night and then they stepped up to the big leagues with an impressive booth presence at HIMSS19. They’ve got 450+ health systems in their ecosystem, with more growth in store for 2019.
We’ve been big fans of Redox and Co-Founder Niko Skievaski since we first met at a Health 2.0 Winter Tech conference back in January 2016.

We are thankful and proud to have them as a customer.
I stopped by the NowPow booth a couple times, as it was nearby the Redox booth. NowPow came to us as a referral from Redox and we’re thankful to have them as a Paubox customer.
NowPow is a women-owned and led technology company that connects health care to self care.
NowPow, whose name is a play on “knowledge is power,” is a multi-sided referral platform that includes a local community resource directory, social determinants of health (SDOH) screenings, resource matching algorithms, closed loop referrals, and more.
NowPow uniquely connects both sides of the referral process, to better support a community’s entire network of health and social resources in order to help people get well and stay well.
I was happy to come across the RightPatient booth, as I wasn’t sure if CEO Mizan Rahman was going to HIMSS19.
I first met Mizan at Spicy Ramen in San Francisco in April 2017 and we quickly became friends.
I’m thankful to say Mizan is now an investor in Paubox and his company RightPatient is also a customer of ours. Although he wasn’t at the booth, I later ran into him on the conference floor.
RightPatient offers an innovative and comprehensive patient identification solution. It increases patient safety, reduces costs, improves the quality of care, and enhances the patient experience.
