Last May, we launched our first Paubox Customer Success Road Show, returning to the homeland of Hawaii to meet with customers and make new friends.
While there, we visited the Caregiver Foundation and spoke with Gary Powell, Executive Director of the Caregiver Foundation. Being an early customer of Paubox, Gary shared with us how his experience has been with Paubox so far.

Hoala Greevy: So what’s life been like after implementing Paubox for your organization?
Gary Powell: It's really easy. The only difficulty is people who do not have Paubox and don't understand it and contact us and say, “But you have to encrypt this.” And we're going, “It is.” And they're going, “But I can read it.” And I’m going, “Here, call Paubox, they’ll explain it.”
Hoala Greevy: They’re not used to the seamless nature of the solution.
Gary Powell: And they’re - especially some of the insurance companies, some of the big outfits, they just can’t understand how that’s possible.
Hoala Greevy: Yeah, yeah. Naturally.
The Caregiver Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide practical and emotional support to Seniors, Disabled Adults and their Caregivers.
