In his current role, Wallace oversees government affairs, development, and communications. Wallace enjoys advocating for Easterseals participants' needs to help them achieve independence. Prior to joining Easterseals Louisiana, he worked in maternal and child health as a business development manager for nurse-family partnership where he supported model implementation in 19 different states.

Aaron Collins is the systems administrator for the Developmental Center of the Ozarks . He is well versed in the building and maintenance of HIPPA compliant environments, firewall administration, FileMaker databases, Mitel phone controllers, and network administration. On a recent episode of HIPAA Critical , Collins shared more about the biggest cybersecurity threats currently facing the healthcare industry. He also discussed the ways in which healthcare entities may unknowingly be vulnerable to malicious attacks and how COVID has changed his approach to IT security.
